Welcome to Mycelium Atelier!
Discover the rich flavors of Dutch cuisine during various workshops here at the Atelier. I warmly invite you to dive into the kitchen with me, set the table, and enjoy the atmosphere.
The first organized workshop is "Cooking with the Season." This provides a unique opportunity to cook with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Upon arrival, you will be greeted with an amuse and an aperitif, followed by a four-course menu. Each dish is carefully prepared, explained, and served with matching beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The cost is 90 euros per person.
This experience is available for groups of 8 people or more. I look forward to welcoming you to my Atelier!
