We are thrilled to announce a unique and special event during Dutch Design Week 2024. For three evenings, we will transform the workshop of internationally renowned designer Nacho Carbonell into an exclusive restaurant for a select group of guests. On October 24, 25, and 26, we will welcome 20 guests each evening for a culinary experience that brings together design and gastronomy. In collaboration with award-winning two-Michelin-starred chef Edwin Vinke, we will prepare a specially curated menu inspired by Nacho Carbonell’s unique designs and the rich influences of Spanish cuisine. This will be a one-of-a-kind dinner, where creativity, sustainability, and refined flavors take center stage.

ABOUT Nacho Carbonell
Nacho Carbonell is internationally renowned for his experimental and organic designs. His work exists at the intersection of art and design, featuring sculptural pieces that appear to grow out of nature. By using unconventional materials such as sand, fabric, and resin, he creates objects with unique textures and forms. His most famous series, "Evolution," showcases furniture that seems almost alive and invites interaction, blurring the line between object and art.

about Edwin Vinke
Edwin Vinke is the founder and head chef of the two-Michelin-starred restaurant De Kromme Watergang in Zeeland. He is renowned for his seasonal cuisine, which highlights local ingredients from the Zeeland region. Vinke’s innovative cooking style, focused on sustainability and minimizing food waste, has established him as one of the top chefs in the Netherlands. His pure and refined dishes uniquely combine the flavors of land and sea, offering a distinct culinary experience.
Tickets
The cost for tickets to this exclusive event is €175 per person, excluding service fees. This includes access to the event and a specially curated, unique menu.
